Pete’s program philosophy, both in and out of the
water, enables the DACA student-athlete to reach one’s
highest potential. Pete is sensitive to the unique goals
of each individual swimmer and believes that the program
should adapt to the needs of its swimmers while striving
to reach team goals. Pete’s management and administrative
background combined with his experience and perspective
with the athlete make him an ideal leader to coach and maintain
a top-level program at DACA.
