Adult Lap Swimming

The DACA Lap Swim Program is offered for deep water safe adults of all fitness levels.

Lap swimmers enjoy the company and encouragement of other adults as well as first class facilities.

Year-round lap swimming is offered at Saratoga High School, an outdoor heated pool with mountain views and full locker room access. A DACA coach is on site to supervise during the lap swim program. Participants are able to create their own self-paced workout or pre-written workouts are available from the coach. The facility features a 25 yard by 50 meter Olympic size pool.

Lane reservation must be done in advance and for each day of participation. Registration will close at 7:00PM the night prior.

Fees

$15 per Swim

A monthly lap swim is also available for $100/month. This allows participants to attend any/all lap swim sessions offered for a flat fee. Billing is recurring each month thereafter unless a withdrawal notification has been submitted.

Policies

No refunds for Lap Swim.

Registration must be completed in advance.

Participants must be 14 years of age or older and deep water safe.

The lap swimming program is intended for swimming only. Playing is not allowed. Participants may be asked to exit the pool and facility, at the discretion of the supervisor, if they are not following DACA policy.
