DACA is excited to once again offer programs this summer at Saratoga High School and the Indoor DACA Swim School. There will be changes to class structure, size, duration, parent viewing, and locker room use due to the current COVID-19 protocols and safety guidelines. These changes may be modified as county protocols are revised.
DACA SUMMER SWIM LESSONS
DACA Summer Swim Lessons are an accelerated learn-to-swim program offered in one-week sessions during the months of June, July, and August. Convenient times offer flexibility during a busy summer season for Bay Area children of all ages. Classes are held Monday through Thursday at Saratoga High School.
DACA INDOOR SUMMER SWIM
For those interested in an indoor option, DACA offers an Indoor Summer Swim program and Summer Splash, an accelerated learn-to-swim program at the DACA Swim School, featuring flexible scheduling options.
For those interested in continuing with lessons in the fall or attending year-round classes at an indoor facility, the DACA Swim School offers weekly thirty minute classes. DACA Swim School classes are available seven days per week at the DACA Swim Center.
DACA SUMMER CAMP
DACA Summer Competitive Swim and Water Polo Camps provide the opportunity for individualized and group coaching for athletes athletes of all ages and skill levels. Experienced and dedicated coaches will conduct training sessions in a fast, fun paced camp environment. The Competitive Swim Camp is open to swimmers ages 6 to 18 years old. The Water Polo Camp is open to children ages 7 to 18 years old who are able to swim 25-yards of freestyle and backstroke.
DACA Summer Pre-Competitive
The Summer Pre-Competitive program offers students a seven-week session to improve their competitive strokes and turns. Small class sizes of no more than six students of similar abilities allows for first rate instruction that is both focused and personalized. The Pre-Competitive program is for children 5 to 14 years old who are able to swim 25-yards of freestyle and backstroke. Students must be evaluated prior to enrolling in the program.
