Summer Lesson Withdrawal

Withdrawals must be submitted no later than the Wednesday prior to the session start for a refund. All fields below are mandatory for submission.

NOTE: Multiple students need to be submitted individually.

Example:
If you wish to cancel the session beginning June 10th, the withdrawal form must be submitted by Wednesday, June 5th.​
