DACA Swim School Holiday Freeze

DACA recognizes families may travel or have other activities preventing them from attending their lessons during winter break. DACA is offering a temporary freeze on classes Sunday, December 21-Saturday, January 3. Families will be able to select if they wish to hold their class space without being charged for one week or both weeks. The students enrollment will automatically resume following the one or two week freeze. 

 

Please note, DACA will be closed Monday, December 22-Friday, December 26. Family accounts are not billed for these classes. If your class falls during these dates and you will not miss any other classes, there is no need to submit this form.

 

The deadline for submission is December 14th.  Credits for these classes will be applied to your January payment.

NOTE: Multiple students need to be submitted individually.  The "Holiday Freeze" is only for students of the DACA Swim School.

Examples:
If you swim on Wednesdays and will only miss Thursday, December 25, there is no need to submit the form as you will not be charged for this class due to our planned closure.
If you swim on Sundays and will be gone the full two weeks (December 21 & December 28), select the option for both weeks.​
