DACA Swim School Make-Up Request

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice for class cancellations and make-up requests is appreciated.

• Class cancellations may be requested up to seven days prior to the scheduled class.

• Class cancellation/make-up requests may not be requested by email, phone, or through the DACA website chat function.

• All make-up classes must be used within 30 days from the date they are issued (not from the date of the initial class).  Make-up classes can be booked up to 72 hours prior to the desired class date.  Please call the DACA Swim School at (408) 446-5600 to book a make-up class.

• DACA offers four make-up classes per 365 days.

• Pre-Competitive is not eligible for make-up classes.

Once a make-up class request form has been received by the DACA Office, you will receive an email confirming the make-up class has been issued.
