DACA Swim School Summer Hold

DACA recognizes families may travel or have other activities preventing them from attending their lessons during summer. DACA is offering a temporary hold on classes for the months of June-August. Families will be able to select the date of the last class as well as the date they wish to resume classes if they wish to hold their class space without being charged.

 

The deadline to request a "Summer Hold" will follow DACA's standard withdrawal deadline.  For a withdrawal date effective in June, forms need to be submitted by May 25th.  For a withdrawal date effective in July, forms need to be submitted by June 25th. 

 

Holds must be at minimum two weeks. Billing will resume on the 1st of the month you are returning.  Fees will be charged based on the date of return selected on the form.  All holds must resume by September 1st.

This hold guarantees your child's current class day and time.  Class instructors are not guaranteed.

NOTE: Multiple students need to be submitted individually.

Examples:
If the student swims on Wednesdays and the last attended class will be June 11th, select a withdrawal date of June 18th.  If you are planning to return the first week of August, you will select August 6th as your date of return.
